If Pellegrini doesn't turn things round fairly quickly, I can see Sullivan getting rid. He's probably got a list of possible replacements prepared to be urgently considered if we remain pointless into October.

Bit harsh Camel!
To be fair the other coaching staff and the fitness people might have been available for any players wishing to come in and train over the days the manager isn't here.
I think Pellegrini shouldn't necessarily have gone on holiday but if this was a pre-arranged thing with the club then fair enough. I'd say he wouldn't necessarily need to be in if the players are working on fitness or in the gym, but he's needed next week for any planning and tactics (lol) for the upcoming games.
